The Hiring Process

Upon Submitting interest, we will reach out to you to discuss the position. If you’re chosen for a position, you’ll fill out some paperwork and begin training in our Online Training Portal.

The Training Process

The majority of our Training is done via our Online Training Portal. Upon completion of the online training, we’ll have a 1 on 1 training where we’ll review the material covered, and finish the computer set up. Once initial onboarding training is completed, you can begin work. We also provide ongoing training.

The Position

This is a business consultant position. No previous experience or education is required, as we’ll train you on everything you need to know to begin. You’ll just need the above-mentioned requirements. You will be responsible for the full cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads, Client consulting, to closing business and working on account expansion. You’ll begin your day by filling your pipeline and qualifying leads, and the rest of the day is scheduling and doing consultations. Pay is performance-based and 20% commission on all closed sales, including recurring commissions.
