- US Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance or Active secret clearance.

- 0-2 years of experience in C/C++.
- Real-time / embedded application software a plus.
- C# experience using Visual Studio a plus.
- Familiarity with IDEs and debuggers, such as Keil.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.
- Experience in software lifecycle development and standards a plus.
- GNC/auto pilot simulation and design experience a plus.
- Experience with UAS, drones, or robotics is a plus.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and techniques, SVN a plus.
- Familiarity with ARM processors a plus.
- Basic electronics knowledge and use of lab equipment is a plus.
- Technical knowledge and experience with the following are a plus; serial communications, network communications, TCP/IP, UDP, FTP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong listening, questioning, clarifying and summarizing skills.
