This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK
Administrative Officer, Level I - 4913
Annual salary: $41,019.00 + Full state benefits
Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Positions allocated to this class are assigned professional level work responsible for important components of a comprehensive or specialized operating program and/or providing staff services in a variety of management areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Administrative Officer, Level I - Completion of the curriculum requirements for a bachelor's degree and one (1) year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration
or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work, which was gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Child Care Advisory Committee, as per state law: agenda, meeting notices, minutes, copies, follow open meeting guidelines, new membership packets, emails, members log and sign in.
- HR Liaison for statewide staff CCS: Managed all personnel transactions for posting positions and updating systems with selections (new hire paperwork), onboarding.
- Manages all personnel processes and transactions which includes monitoring and tracking performance reviews and reports, benefits coordinator for staff.
- Prepares correspondence, presentations and reports for official response from Director and division for public and agency.
- Represents division and agency at internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and preparing materials for division/committee meetings.
- Maintains records disposition schedule and ensures record retention on guidelines met for CCS statewide.
- State Office Employee Recognition Committee Chair for CCS state office & statewide ERC, maintain ERC financial records and bylaws, CCS STO & CCS Statewide ERC materials and activities.
- Child Care Coordinating--agenda, minutes, copies.
- Serves as Assistant to the Director of Child Care Services and CCS management team.
- Provides input and makes decisions regarding priorities and projects for Child Care Services in meeting agency , state and federal rules/laws.
Preference may be given to applicants with at least 1 year of experience in Child Care Services.
