Spiegel Industrial, LLC is currently looking to hire a Construction Foreman to join our team.

 



Construction Foreman Basic Requirements:




  • Travel, out of state based on projects

  • Honesty - Solid work ethics

  • Great attitude - Reliable

  • Punctual - Hardworking

  • Professional appearance

  • Good physical condition and mental stamina

  • Driver license

  • Drug test, includes marijuana

  • Background check

  • Computer data entry & email

  • Communication with clients

  • Own transportation for local work

  • Previous construction management experience, minimum of 3 years - Ability to manage teams of approximately 5 employees.

  • Previous industrial coating experience helpful, but will provide further levels of training.

  • Duties outside of managerial requirements include, but are not limited to: Abrasive blasting, mechanical abrading, priming & painting, scaffold and ladder work.



Construction Foreman Responsibilities:




  • Attention to Detail - diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.

  • Planning & Organizing - ability to think ahead and plan within timelines and resources; develop scopes, plan and schedule work; set priorities and goals; anticipate and adjust for problems; evaluate workloads; measure and evaluate performance against established goals.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility - being open to change and to consider variety of issues that exist in the work.

  • Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical Skills - ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.

  • Self-Motivated - ability to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Accountability - accepts full responsibility for self and their contribution as a team member.

  • Problem Solver - uses logic to identify and solve problems for organizational functions and/or operations.

  • Stress Management - ability to multitask under conditions of urgency and in high pressure situations; remains calm under stress.

Wage:




  • $25.00 - $40.00/hr (DOE)



Job Type:




  • Full-time, approximately 40-50/week



Salary:




  • Up to $80,000.00/year
