Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• 1 -2 years experience implementing digital technology in an academic setting; higher education experience preferred


• Sales experience preferred; not required


• High level of digital aptitude


• Excellent verbal and presentation skills to implement our products; must be able to exhibit confidence and build trust when speaking with faculty

• Integration awareness for connecting MHE Platforms to LMS Platforms.


• Analytical skills for helping customers assess course data.


• General software aptitude to quickly learn new digital products and systems from both internal and end-user perspectives.


• Strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Windows, technology and the web.

• Adaptive leadership.


• Problem-solving aptitude and attitude.


• Innovative and creative customer-centric approach to the job.


• Rigorous attention to details in all aspects of the job.


• Ability, drive, and willingness to find solutions for customers.
