Job Description

Enterprise Technology Systems Group is seeking a full-time Data Clerk that provides direct application support for the A&FRC Tap program. Provide basic administration support, including walking users through document processing steps and providing basic troubleshooting assistance.



Job Responsibilities



1+ years of experience within both written and verbal customer service support

1+ years of experience in organizational matters including filing and maintaining a large volume of records and/or files

1+years demonstrated experience using web-based software applications and tools for data entry.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with planning or managing military deployments

Experience in working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, such as the calendar app, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
