Mainframe Technician

• An individual that can demonstrate the advanced skill sets to include being able to read and understand work activity cut sheets and service orders.


• Individual must possess a working knowledge of the cable color code and be able to readily identify assigned network components.


• The individual must be able to correctly read the Main Distribution Frames (MDF) to ensure copper, jumpers have been run, rearranged or removed correctly for single line, xDSL and jumpers at the MDF for special circuit/design services.


• The individual must also be able to demonstrate the physical dexterity required to accomplish cable and jumper cross-connects.


• This rate includes a fully qualified technician required to complete assigned tasks.
