What are we looking for?



Sales Development Representative who is responsible for prospecting to schedule meetings and create opportunities. This role will support our sales teams in meeting or exceeding sale objectives with professional, consultative sales techniques to ultimately build long-term customer relationships.



Duties & Responsibilities




  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics goals.

  • High volume of outbound calls, emails and social selling activity.

  • Required to meet minimum number of meetings scheduled and facilitated each week.

  • Collaborates with leadership and individual contributors to ensure successful achievement of goals.

  • Utilizes prospecting data bases to download acquire lists for dialing.

  • Asks customers and prospects for referrals to new contacts.

  • Stays organized and follows processes and procedures set forth by leadership.

  • Provides feedback to leadership regarding pertinent market information uncovered during customer interaction and research.

  • Ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional based on requirements of position.

  • All other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:




  • Understand how to effectively and efficiently work through a prospecting sales cycle.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to use, but not limited to, phone and e-mail, to communicate business objectives with clients.

  • A desire to continuously learn and expand outside your current skill set.

  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting to client base.

  • Ability to use computer software tools to track client contact information.

  • Communicate with potential clients and perform other sales-related functions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Creative thinking and problem solving.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong ability to communicate key concepts and benefits to clients.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
