Job Responsibilities

•  Welcome diners and guests to our establishment with a warm demeanor and a high level of professionalism.


•  Seat diners in a comfortable location, make adjustments as necessary or requested, and assess and balance the needs of many guests at once.


•  Coordinate the efforts of waitstaff to balance workload between all sections of the restaurant.


•  Maintain a clean sushi bar.


•  Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the standards of the establishment.


•  Manage concerns of guests and diners in an appropriate manner.
