You must be organized, able to work on a team, be customer service focused, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals with a passion for quality and service.

 

These are some of the skills we need to fill these positions:

• Electrical


• Plumbing


• Carpentry


• Ceramic Tile


• Drywall/Paint


• HVAC installation, diagnose and repair


• Appliance repair, installation and removal

Technical/ Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Some College and/or Technical School is preferred


• EPA Certification for Freon


• HVAC Certification

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver License


• Must Pass a Background Screening


• Reliable transportation


• Hand/Power tools


• Able to work indoors/outdoors in different climate conditions


• Have proper clothing/accessories for different climate conditions and job duties


• Able to work independently


• Able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors to the facility
