Job Role: Business Systems Analyst (Buyers Technical Representative)
Location: Richland WA
Duration: 1+ Year (extendable up to 5 years)
The Business Systems Analyst should be able to:
Troubleshoot software production issues
Work as a liaison between software engineers, project managers and end-users to ensure customer needs are met
Fully understand and be conversant on the full spectrum of work and asset management, including processes, reliability centered maintenance, and reporting
Support staff of software engineers and other support staff to manage project cost and schedules, customer requirements, deliverables, and provide status updates to management and customers
Successful delivery of service to meet the projects' mission needs
Work with the customers to define and understand the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships and efficiencies with Work Management support staff and customer base
Identify innovations and efficiencies that help the projects better support the Hanford mission needs
Support multiple task orders and service requests
Buyer Technical Representative for measuring and test equipment (M&TE) Calibration Laboratory service contract
Subject matter expert (SME) and liaison for M&TE usage, pickup and delivery by MSA drivers
Develop, maintain and administer Work Management EAM/Job Control System (JCS) training courses
Chairperson on the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) governance board
Support Work Management with managing EAM/JCS systems
QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree plus 8 years of IT-related leadership, project management experience, software development or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a multi-platform environment
Buyers Technical Representative experience
Experience at the Hanford site and familiar with the requirements of working in Information Technology/ Information Management
Ability to work in a multi-task, multi-project development environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to work during non-standard business hours
Desired Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the support of Hanford Enterprise custom and COTS applications
Experience in development of Hanford Site applications, systems, and infrastructure
Experience in development and support of the following Hanford Site applications/systems: Infor EAM, Job Control System (Legacy, Hanford), Calibration System (Legacy, Hanford)
