Sales Coordinator The Sales Coordinator must possess a strong sense of customer service while providing technical service such as preparation of sample orders and assisting with trial preparations. The position will also interact closely with internal customer service departments to ensure our customer base is effectively and efficiently being provided material shipments. Key Duties and Responsibilities for the temporary role: • Support receiving necessary documentation and approvals from customers • Support in management of receivables and overdue accounts • Support of Sales Manager and Project Engineer in all project related topics especially documentation and management of trial batches The ContiTech division develops, manufactures and markets products, systems and intelligent components made of rubber, plastic, metal and fabric. They are used in machine and plant engineering, mining, agriculture, the automotive industry and other important sectors of the future.

They need to have minimum 3 years’ experience in sales assist/coordination,

3+ years’ experience customer service (both internal and external are especially important in this role).
