Our client is looking for a Recruiter to fulfill an 11 month contract at their operations center located in Elk Grove Village. This role is primarily responsible for the recruitment of customer service and administrative related roles for their organization.

Essential Functions:

This role is key in attracting top talent across the clients domestic groups. Full cycle recruitment, as well as building pipelines will be essential. The recruiter will partner with the manager to find the requirements for the role(s) recruiting for. Collaborating with the manager during the process will be imperative. Collaboration with other members of the TA Team for sourcing strategies, etc. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and have a set of standard metrics.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage roughly 20-30 postings at a time.


• Conduct initial pre-screens, while successfully identifying top talent within the customer service and administrative realms. Some management positions will also be required.


• Support multiple business units and locations. Some travel may be required.


• Must have experience with Taleo.


• Experience partnering and collaborating with management.


• Must have experience dispositioning candidates.
