Required Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial software systems.
Proven track record of documenting MES systems and processes (deployment, utilization, or testing).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and system operators.
Experience with major MES platforms such as Inductive Automation, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or SAP MES.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, processes, and automation systems.

Develop and maintain documentation for MES implementation, utilization, and testing processes.
Collaborate with MES engineers, developers, and users to capture system workflows and technical requirements.
Document system architecture, data flow, and process maps for manufacturing operations.
Create user guides, training materials, and system operation manuals for MES users and technical teams.
Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and updated throughout the MES lifecycle, from deployment to testing and ongoing updates.
Conduct interviews with SMEs to ensure comprehensive technical content.
