Primary responsibilities Work as part of development team to help build infrastructure, software, and processes for Windows OS remote upgrade on Omnicell IoT devices. Required knowledge and skills * In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, upgrade, driver management, configuration, virtualization, custom shell development, and OS imaging. * Ability to author scripts and automate tasks using Windows PowerShell. * Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving both server-side and client-side issues. * Knowledge of basic networking concepts, such as DHCP and DNS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Experience authoring documentation for end-users and/or field engineers. Basic requirements * Bachelor''s degree in computer science or relevant experience Preferred knowledge and skills * Utilize Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Task Sequence (TS) for Windows upgrades. * Experience working with virtualized Windows environments. * Experience installing and upgrading Microsoft SQL server software.
