Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Malayalam
• Experience in managing HR operations for hospitals
• Ability to handle new hire onboarding processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience as an HR Manager for a hospital is highly desired
