Job Overview


We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an Indouding Voice Proccess for IDFC FIRST BANK. This role involves handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with assistance and resolving their queries. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. It is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
