Barclays Capital Inc seeks Macro Rates Sales in New York, NY (multiple positions):

·        Providing market color and risk management solutions to help clients manage rate/FX exposure.

·        Assisting clients to meet their investment goals and reflect their market values.

·        Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

·        Gaining a detailed understanding of each client’s needs.

·        Remaining up to date with industry knowledge.

·        Staying closely coordinated with other internal stakeholders, sharing product and sector expertise.

·        Leading and providing regular market and macroeconomic updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

·        Pricing and modelling of RWA/LBS/XVA charges.

·        Initiating and coordinating client on-boarding process.

·        May telecommute.

Rate of Pay: $180,000 - $250,000 per year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
