In this role, you will oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, and benefits administration, making a significant impact on our financial operations and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial analysis and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee the external audit process.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial investments.
Oversee employee benefits programs and manage the annual benefits review process.
Develop and implement financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Evaluate and oversee the use of financial software and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
CPA designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement.
Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
