POSITION TITLE: Testing Lead(s).

POSITION DUTIES: Research, design, and develop computer and network software and specialized utility programs. Develop and direct software system testing procedures and programming. Direct a team of testing specialists to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions to clients. Lead product selection processes and best practices in automated, manual, and performance testing areas. Plan test strategies, execution and tracking of test plans. Document testing phases, identify and record defects, bugs, and errors. Coordinate with project leadership team regarding opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. 5% domestic US travel. Telecommuting permitted.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related software occupation. Experience must include: 1) Software testing life cycle. 2) Agile Testing. 3) Software Automation Testing. 4) Test management tool such as IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) or Azure DevOps. 5) Coordinating software testing activities and reporting on them.
