Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Keeping Associate to join our team. This is a Mid-Level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. As a House Keeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our office premises. This is a Full-Time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a clean and comfortable working environment for our employees.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a House Keeping Associate or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises by performing daily cleaning tasks.
- Dust and sanitize all surfaces, including desks, chairs, windowsills, and electronic equipment.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with supplies.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly, paying close attention to high traffic areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
- Assist with setting up and organizing meeting rooms for various company events.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and comfortable working environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit supply requests as needed.
