Barclays Services LLC seeks Sr. Technical Program Manager / PMO Lead in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions).

1.   Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.

2.   Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

3.   Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.

4.   Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

5.   Lead and close down all PMO, including providing BIA with all of the Audit related documentation before their due dates.

6.   Work closely with development, GTIS team and senior leadership teams.

7.   Manage budget allocation, business case approvals, provide report generation for milestone tracking, outcomes, baselines, benefits management, RAIDS, forecasting and financial management, and project change request approvals.

8.   Conduct sessions with project managers to discuss project progress and represent the team on biweekly senior leadership program review sessions.

9.   Take ownership of Hardware/Software/Other (HSO) Processing, Buy Sell Hold (BSH) listing, Purchase Order and Invoice generation for external Vendors.
