•Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within the organization.
•Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
•Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
•Conduct applied qualitative analyses to include summarizing open-ended comments (e.g., survey or feedback).
•Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
•Implement and update business processes and policies to drive company growth, profitability, and value.
•Generate proposals to improve competitiveness and performance.
•Implement administrative control procedures and schedules.
•Develop assessments (e.g., structured interviews, situational judgment tests, cognitive ability tests, job knowledge tests) including assessment questions and tools.
•Advise management concerning personnel, managerial, and marketing policies and practices and their potential effects on organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
•Analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs.
•Review available job information, including current job analysis documentation, position descriptions, training documents, performance appraisal tools, and other relevant documents.
•Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related, plus two (2) years of experience in human resources or management in the food services industry.
