Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: Richland, WA 99354
Position Type: Contract (with part-time telework flexibility)
Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)

Responsibilities:
Design HVAC systems and prepare reports, studies, and procurement documents.
Perform calculations and develop technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders.
Create specifications, material requisitions, and ventilation diagrams.
Qualifications:
Level 1: Bachelor’s + 5-8 years (or 9-12 years without degree).
Level 2: Bachelor’s + 8-10 years (or 12-14 years without degree).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
Experience with HVAC design, load calculations, and ductwork.
Familiarity with ASME AG-1, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards.
Must pass background checks and meet security requirements.
