Manpower Tristate is NOW HIRING a Medical Staffing Recruiter & Scheduler to join our growing team of passionate HR professionals. In this role you'll manage existing team-members schedules and hire new team members for various medical openings across our service area.

What You'll Do:

• Master Scheduler: Create, manage, and finesse the schedules for medical professionals across various healthcare facilities.
• Shift Magician: Coordinate shift swaps, adjustments, and last-minute changes with graceno day is ever the same!
• Communications Guru: Keep everyone in the loopstaff, medical teams, and facilities will look to you to stay informed and ready.
• Records Keeper Extraordinaire: Track schedules, attendance, and any updates with precision.
• Problem-Solving Hero: Resolve conflicts, juggle requests, and accommodate changes like a pro, all while keeping everyone happy!

• Experience: A background in HR, business, healthcare and/orscheduling is preferred but not required
