Job Details

Provide client service and research professionalism in market research projects with limited supervision from managers and ensure smooth and effective execution of the projects.
Design entire questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects
Design questionnaire flow based on similar past projects
Design complete new project questionnaire/guide based on instruction from manager
Build error-free report based on report flow
Write simple research proposal
Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis, simple factor and cluster analysis, etc.)
Do and interpret statistical tests (for Quantitative Research only)
Moderate simple focus group for junior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
Conduct in-depth interviews for senior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
Do simple quotations
Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC and ensure project goes on agreed timeframe with high quality
Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
Conduct project briefings to supervisors and interviewers
Control FLD costs
Respond to client enquiries promptly in a professional manner
Communicate to clients on projects clearly and appropriately in English or Mandarin
Follow billings and collections for projects
Demonstrate basic ability in people management of Research Assistant or Research Executive
Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
