The Job
This role is suited for someone experienced in application support with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Resolve application issues within agreed SLAs, troubleshoot user-reported problems, and prevent recurrences through root cause analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
Document solutions for future reference, support go-live implementations, and assist with testing in pre-production and production environments.
Ensure technical support meets 24x7 SLA requirements and perform rotational on-call duties.

Ideal Candidate
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, APIs, XML, and basic OS knowledge (Linux, Windows, Solaris).
Familiarity with SpringBoot, AWS services, and financial systems (payments) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
