Full-time, direct-hire position Monday Friday
Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts per year

This is a Pay Per Visit position
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality in-home health care.
Develop and manage personalized care plans.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements:

Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
1+ year of RN experience.
Valid RN license in Illinois (IL).
Current AHA BLS and/or AHA ACLS certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
