We are hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapists to join our client's Home Health team in Chicago, IL! In this role, youll provide Physical Therapy services to patients in their homes, helping improve their independence and physical/cognitive functioning.

What You Need to Know:

Location: Chicago, IL 60601
Full-time position (40 hrs/week) Monday-Friday
Salary: $55.00 per hour
1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday, day shift with scheduled patients)
2 holidays per year (1 summer / 1 winter)
No on-call required
Local travel to residential homes
Key Responsibilities:

Perform Physical Therapy assessments and develop treatment programs
Record and report patients reactions to treatment and condition changes
Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy programs and device use
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and, when appropriate, Certified Nursing Assistants
Prepare reports and participate in staff and Agency development activities
Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapy license
Prior experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
