• Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• ABEM or AOBEM
• Active Indiana Medical Licensure
• Active Indiana DEA

Practice Details:

• 278 bed, full-service hospital
  
  
  
  • 24,000 annual visits
  • 17 Bed emergency room bays
  
  
• Outpatient setting
• 20 hour APP coverage

Schedule:

• August 8, 2024 start date
• Monday - Friday, plus weekends
• 12-hour shifts
• No call requirments

Cases and Procedures:

• Level III Trauma Center
