Provide HR & Administrative support as needed Responsible for recruitment support in each department for the area of the Japanese branch and overseas Manage Local and Foreign office as needed Utilization of SNS (FB, Twitter, etc.), job posting of new projects Draft formal reports, letters as per the Instruction of the Head office Performs other reasonable and relevant activities and functions as requested and required Should have the mentality to play multiple role according to management decision Basic business development tasks Requirements: Candidate nationality must in Japan At least 25 to 30 years old Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Japanese companies, familiar with Japanese society and corporate culture Experienced in global companies and diverse business formats preferred Must have good computer skills (MS Excel and Word) Japanese language Business level N1 above Only those who live in Japan or who can come to Japan Must have professional efficiency in English (Excellent communication skill) Knowledge about international email sending and reporting concept Knowledge on office Administration, HR affairs. High level of professional integrity and intellectual Basic idea in sales and marketing
