Responsibilities
Responsible for the monthly salary statistics and payment of local employees in Thailand, and the implementation of local welfare and allowance policies
Timely respond to and collect employee consultations on salary-related issues, and control financial risks
Responsible for the company's quarterly and annual financial cost statistics reporting, and provide reasonable suggestions
Ensure that the company's salary policy complies with local laws and regulations
Comply with all company policies and procedures and professional ethics standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to handle large amounts of data and prepare detailed reports
Possess extensive knowledge of audit standards and procedures, laws, regulations and rules
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
