Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate or Of Counsel attorney with at least 6 years of real estate experience to join their Real Estate group in Dallas(link removed)>

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.


• Bar Admission in Texas.


• 6+ years of substantive experience in real estate finance and joint ventures(link removed)>
  
• Demonstrated expertise in leading the drafting and negotiation processes within real estate joint ventures and financing transactions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent institutional equity investors and developers in joint ventures for the acquisition and development of multifamily, industrial, cold storage, and other commercial real estate assets.


• Take the lead in drafting and negotiating real estate financing transactions, including construction and stabilized financings, debt fund, structured finance, and CMBS-style loans.


• Collaborate on high-profile projects involving complex capital stack components, including mezzanine finance.
