We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This is a full-time internship position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The duration of the internship will be less than 1 year.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist HR team in recruitment and selection processes
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Assist in conducting induction and onboarding processes for new employees
• Help with employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in HR administration tasks, such as updating employee databases and filing systems
• Support with performance management processes
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned
