JOB DESCRIPTION SERVICE HEAD Leading and managing the service department, service technicians, parts dept., and back end team. Setting goals of team and ensuring effective teamwork. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, managing complaints, and providing technical support. Monitoring day-to-day service operations, including scheduling and dispatching service technicians, technical support at field in resolving the complaints. Involving deeply in understanding of generator systems, their components, and related technologies. This knowledge enables me to provide best technical guidance, support troubleshooting and ensure quality, quick and effective complaint closing Identifying technicians as per there caliber and organizing training programs to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. I also providing necessary routine training when required. Organizing of service camps at upcountrys and remote places to bring back our old customers in fold by building trust. Ensuring all service activities comply with health and safety regulations (link removed) involves implementing safety protocols, providing appropriate personal protective equipment, make sure the team is following the proper road safeties while driving on road. Managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including negotiating service agreements, monitoring performance. Analyzing the parts and consumables consumption and taking up the issue with the principal company for arranging the parts and ensuring the availability of necessary parts and resources for service operations. Acting as a bridge between management , service , sales ,production and providing necessary technical support for a smoother operational Managing relationship with the principal company and making sure to provide all the necessary information to them and demanding necessary approvals for a smooth operation of dealer works. Visiting the branches and discussing their issues and coming out with possible solutions & motivating for a better results.
