Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing:

Unload trucks, receive incoming shipments, and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. All products received are scanned into the system.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately, Pick, package products securely, and prepare products for shipment through the order management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Shipping/Carrier Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight companies) for timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all items packed match the order and meet quality standards, minimizing errors and returns.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts,

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by following established safety protocols.

Equipment Operation:

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order issues and improve fulfillment processes. Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to meet company goals.

Skills
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Familiarity with order picking equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
