Assistant Nurse Manager

We are seeking an assistant nurse manager for the day shift. This is a great opportunity for a nurse with strong charge experience to transition into leadership! You will manage the unit's day to day clinical operations including practice standards, staffing, payroll, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement. Ensures the highest quality of care is provided and is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies and procedures.

Schedule/Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 6a-6:30P

Requirements:

• MUST have current CA RN license


• Must have Mom/Baby RN experience in last 5 years


• Lead, Charge or Asst. Manager/Supervisor experience


• Must have BS or BSN degree MS/MSN preferred
