We are searching for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. The HR Generalist is responsible for employment specialists who screen, recruit, interview, and place workers. The ideal candidate will also include payroll preparation and processing, benefits planning and management, compliance, internal training and event management, performance management, including the interpretation and application of human resource practices and policies.
Responsibilities:
? Achieve staffing goals by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing relocations and intern program.
? Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
? Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs
? Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
? Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.
? Attract candidates by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
? Support the HR department in implementing plans to help improve the employee experience.
? Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
? Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
? Skill in effectively using a variety of communication processes.
? Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations, as well as the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes.
? Knowledge of and skill in applying the practices, principles, and procedures of HR administration in the areas of recruitment and employment, compensation and classifications, employee relations, and employee development and training.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills.
