Substitute, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma. One year experience, with thorough knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, record-keeping perferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

To provide students and staff with quality cafeteria choices, meeting federal and state guidelines and requirements.  Job duties include food preparation, cleaning, serving meals, menu planning assistance, inventory maintenance, customer service, and completing production and other records. 

SALARY/BENEFITS:

$11.80 per hour
