A Drupal developer to assist in building our new Drupal 8 platform, you will gain first hand experience in helping migrate sites to this new platform from Drupal 7. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Drupal 8, including Site Building, Theming and Module Development. We are looking for a well rounded individual that can provide support and oversight of the existing platform while performing site audits and maintenance. Experience using Acquia Cloud Enterprise, and other Acquia products Lift, Pipelines, DAM is not required but would reduce onboarding time and is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Lead Development efforts for building of new Drupal 8 platform for customer current suite of marketing sites.

Work to integrate Drupal 8 sites with new Acquia Products, such as Lift, DAM, and Content Hub products.

Use Javascript to build interactive pages components and features.

Work with other Drupal Developers on code standards and periodic code reviews.

Provide architectural oversight for projects using Drupal 8, and applying best practices.

Collaborate in an Agile environment to quickly prototype designs and functional requirements.

Work as part of a team in a positive and engaging manner to deliver high end solutions for the business and our partners.
