Job Title: Call Center Agent



Duration: 5 Months



Job Type: Contract, Local candidates only - 2 openings to start shortly after New Year



Description: 



Call center is currently "voluntary onsite" but contractors will need to train onsite for 1-2 weeks before "work from home" would be available. Will be expected to return onsite after worksite restrictions are lifted.

This position will focus on inbound and outbound phone calls from employees and other HR Administration duties as assigned.



2-3 years of customer service experience or call center experience required. MS Office experience required.

• Solid analytical and logical processing

• Demonstrate exceptional time-management, communication, interpersonal, and written skills

• Well organized, with attention to detail

• Strong spelling, grammar, and writing skills

• Ability to collaborate within a team environment
