The selected candidate will perform the following duties:



- Responsible for scheduling pre-determined work activities of Transmission field personnel



- Bachelor Degree in a related technical field such as Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management and has typically acquired 6 or more years of related technical experience; or an Associate Degree in a related technical field and 10 years or more of related technical experience; or High School diploma and 15 years or more of utility field experience



- Bachelor Degree in a Business field, such as Accounting, Finance or Management will be accepted with at least 8 years of maintenance work scheduling, or construction project scheduling, or other relevant project controls experience



- An Electrical engineering degree is highly preferred



- Proficient with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint, stay current on technology enhancements and procedures and make suggestions for change



- Ability to read and interpret one line station diagrams and transmission line switching diagrams



- Aptitude to understand switching, tagging and clearance points



- Demonstrate knowledge of zones of protection and protection schemes



- Ability to estimate resource requirements for typical TFS projects (construction and maintenance)



- Must possess an understanding of protection schemes



- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, have good organizational and the ability to prioritize work



- Team focused, work effectively with others



- Competently perform current scheduling techniques and analyses on all project/outage aspects



(link removed) Know and be able to explain what inadequate and reduced protection study is and how to determine when one is needed



- Know zones of protection are and how to identify them



- Possess the ability to read a one-line diagram for an electrical substation



- Prior experience with electrical substation equipment installation, commissioning, lockout tag out, P&C trip testing, or equipment servicing will be needed for a successful candidate



- Good knowledge about electric power systems, relays, electrical control circuitry or telecommunication



- Will consider candidate with EE Technology background
