The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision of all field activities related to the

physical construction of a project. He or she directs the daily progress of the work through

the subcontractors and/or other ECCG personnel. The jobsite workforce is made up of an army

of specialists. The superintendent must assure that the combination of their components

results in a cohesive product that achieves the required quality and is completed within the

contractual timeline. To that end, the superintendent must continually work to assure adequate

staffing of the workforce, safety on the jobsite at all times, sufficient supply of materials,

complete information as necessary to assemble the product, compliance with the plans and

specifications & quality standards and must plan for all these things sufficiently enough in

advance so as not to interfere with the progress of any one component. MOST

IMPORTANTLY the client is well satisfied and the architect and subcontractors have high

respect for our performance on the project and all parties feel ECCG's relationship has grown

better from the the start of the project to the end.



Must have previous experience with construction management for multi million dollar projects. 

Must have strong communication skills. 

Must have strong scheduling skills.
