Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pump, Motor, and Rotating Equipment Field Technician to join our team. This role involves working both in the field and in the shop, performing troubleshooting, repair, and installation of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, mixers, and gearboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair rotating equipment in both field and shop environments
• Disassemble rotating equipment (motors, pumps, mixers, blowers, gearboxes, valves, etc.) to assess part condition
• Reassemble equipment, ensuring proper alignment, balance, and testing for operational efficiency
• Field installation and replacement of components such as bearings, gears, seals, impellers, and power cables
• Use of diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and meggers, with familiarity around low and medium voltages
• Operate and maintain a service body crane truck for fieldwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with rotating equipment (pumps, mixers, motors, gearboxes, valves) in the water and wastewater industry is a plus
• Field experience rebuilding rotating equipment is highly desirable
• Knowledge of lift stations and treatment plants is a strong advantage
• Must have a valid driver’s license
