Job Description*:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong utility and GIS domain background in playing a Lead developer role in implementing GIS solutions for Gas Utilities specific to ESRI platforms.

Candidates with strong development background in Esri and ArcFM suite of applications will be preferred in this role.

The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

#Experience in Esri Developer technologies -

ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGISPro, ArcPy, ESRI JavaScript API (3.x & 4.x), Web App Builder/Experience Builder

Strong development experience in Visual Studio

Strong development experience in ArcFM Dekstop - developing ArcFM AU, subtasks, Validation rules and custom attribute editors.

Experience in ArcFM Configuration and connectivity rules (Gas Traces)

Understanding of process manager framework Development experience in ArcObjects will be required.

Knowledge of ArcGIS Server technologies and ArcPy will be good to have.

Should participate in requirement discussions with onsite for the GIS program.

Should be able to map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements

Should be able to perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.

Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.

The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the project.

#Mandatory skills:

Hands on experience in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Server, Portal, Datastore), ArcGIS Pro, Product Architecture, Geodatabase Modeling, web services, python scripting, geo-processing services, ArcGIS Experience Builder

Knowledge of ArcFM

Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for Utility with hands on design, development and deployment experience in GIS.
