Bond Duration: 2 Years
Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and other HR activities. This role offers freshers the opportunity to develop their HR skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate with department managers to understand job requirements.
Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Records & Database Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
Payroll & Attendance:
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and concerns, maintaining positive workplace culture.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops for employee skill development.
Monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and maintain training records.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Support in performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely and constructive feedback processes.
Assist in managing employee promotions and rewards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
