Regional Sales Manager for Setra Systems, Inc. in Boxborough, MA, to Manage and grow the region by maintaining existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Build a healthy funnel for key accounts using funnel management standard work. Complete all vital steps from opportunity development, follow up and closing of the sale. Efficiently process customer information, respond to inquiries and address any customer issues in a timely manner. Establish rapport and build a relationship with all key decision makers within each target customer. Use customer relationship management (CRM) database to maintain accurate, updated, and organized information on all assigned customers and company leads. Contact customers as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass sales goals and to ensure prompt follow-up. Responsible for the regional forecast to the business on a regular business. Present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of Sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience selling into the HVAC, healthcare, or life sciences market or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of Sales, engineering, or customer-facing experience selling into the HVAC, healthcare, or life sciences market. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Experience reading HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) layouts and design documents; Experience recommending suitable HVAC and BAS products and solutions to design firms/consultants, facility managers, system integrators, and end users as applicable, within at least one of the following settings: hospitals, medical device applications, pharmaceutical settings, compounding pharmacies, bio-safety laboratories, semiconductor fabrication and packaging, or data centers; and Experience developing HVAC and BAS solutions to achieve maximum efficiency while complying with safety guidelines and/or medical device regulations.
