Position: Senior Locksmith
Location: Phoenix AZ
Hourly Rate: $39/hour + commissions, spiffs, and bonuses
Schedule: Normal hours 8 AM - 5 PM; on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform locksmith services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial locking systems.
• Respond to service calls during normal business hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
• Mentor and assist junior locksmiths as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a commercial locksmith.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High level of integrity and honesty in all dealings.
• Passion for helping people and providing exceptional service.
• Ability to be on-call during assigned rotations (weekdays from 5 PM to 8 AM and select weekends).
