Job Description:
As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, working hands-on with materials and components to create high-quality aviation parts. No specific manufacturing or aerospace experience is necessary—just a passion for working with your hands and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Follow detailed checklists to complete assembly processes over several days.
  • Work with foam cores, and layer fabrics, and utilize vacuum pressing and molding techniques.
  • Handle resin filling, heating, and cooling processes to ensure parts meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the importance of assembly accuracy to ensure safety and performance.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to follow complex instructions with precision.
  • Mature and responsible approach to work, understanding the potential impact of your role.
  • Strong manual dexterity and comfort working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Open to all backgrounds—prior experience in manufacturing or aerospace is not required.
  • Ideal candidates may come from customer service roles (e.g., Starbucks, CVS).
