Qualifications/Requirements:

With a degree in Information Technology
Knowledge and experience in Office 365
Knowledge and experience in configuring and overseeing network connections, data management, user settings, and security
Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge and experience in LAN and WAN configuration is a plus
Good English communication skills.
In-depth knowledge and experience with IT Infrastructure
Experience in BPO environment is a plus
